Is there a SeekMyHeart app?

Yes. Install it free from our website: on Android or a computer, tap “Install” when we offer it (or choose “Install app” in the browser menu); on iPhone, open SeekMyHeart in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”. Our heart logo appears on your home screen and the app opens full-screen, with notifications. See “Get the app” for step-by-step help.

Who can join SeekMyHeart?

Anyone aged 18 or over who agrees to our terms and rules. SeekMyHeart is for Heartseekers — adults looking for a genuine, lasting relationship.

What is a Heartseeker?

It is what we call our members: people who know what they want and are looking for it with intention. Your Search. Your Heart. Your Person.

Is SeekMyHeart free?

Yes. Your profile, verification, Discover, daily recommendations, Heart Picks, likes, matches, messages, groups, speed dating, quizzes and every safety tool are free. Premium and credits are optional.

Who runs SeekMyHeart?

SeekMyHeart is a service of Hisparadise Therapy, a coaching and personal guidance centre in Asaba, Delta State. Payments are received by Hisparadise Therapy.

Why do you ask for my date of birth?

To confirm you are an adult and to show your age to other members. Your exact date of birth is never shown to anyone.

Can I see who viewed my profile?

Yes — open Visitors. Free members see their most recent visitors; paid plans see everyone, with the full history. If you’d rather browse quietly, switch off “Show me when I visit profiles” in Settings → Privacy (incognito members never appear either).

Can I save profiles for later?

Yes. Tap Save on any profile to keep them in your own lists, with private notes. Nobody is told when you save them.

Who will I see in Discover?

Heartseekers of the opposite gender in your age range, best compatibility first. You can filter by state and age for free; Premium adds more filters and "only people who match my preferences".

How is compatibility worked out?

From your relationship intentions, both people's preferences, your answers to the compatibility questions, shared interests and lifestyle. Both directions count, and we explain the main reasons — and the differences worth talking about.

Is the compatibility score accurate?

It is an estimate based on what you and the other person have told us. It cannot measure chemistry or character, so treat it as a starting point, not a guarantee.

Why do I not see a score for some people?

We only show a score once you have both answered enough of the same questions for it to mean something. Answering more questions gives better estimates.

Why did I get a "not very compatible" message?

When you like someone with a low estimate, or someone whose dealbreaker you clash with, we ask if you are sure. You can still like them, and you can turn the message off in Settings.

What are Heart Picks?

Every Sunday we hand-pick a few Heartseekers with the highest compatibility for you, with the reasons. Free members get a few; Premium plans get more.

Can I video call a match?

Members on our top plans can start a video call from the chat with any match — and anyone can answer, whatever their plan. Calls happen inside SeekMyHeart, so no phone numbers are shared, and they’re never recorded. See Pricing for which plans include video calls.

Can I like a photo with a comment?

Yes. Tap the heart on any photo, or “Like and comment” under one of their answers, and write a short note. If you match, your comment becomes the first message in your chat.

What are chat games?

Quick games you can send a match when you don’t know what to say: “This or That” (two fun choices) and “Two truths and a lie” (they guess which of your three statements isn’t true). Tap 🎲 in any chat.

Can I plan a date from the chat?

Yes — tap the calendar in a chat, choose a Date spot or another public place, a day and a time. Your match can accept, decline or suggest another time. Once it’s a date, you both get a reminder a few hours before and can share your plan with a friend using the date safety check-in. Sending a date idea comes with our paid plans; anyone can answer one.

What is the Daily Heart Question?

A new question every day, like “What does a peaceful home mean to you?”. Answer just for yourself, show your answer on your profile, or share it with a match to start a real conversation.

When can I share my phone number?

Phone numbers, social media handles, links and email addresses unlock after you have been matched for a while and chatted on several days — and, by default, once you both agree. It stops scammers rushing people off SeekMyHeart. See "Our rules" for the exact current rule.

Can I send photos in chat?

Photos unlock at the same time as contact details. Received photos are blurred until you tap to view them.

Why did my message come back with a warning?

It looked like it contained contact details before the rule allows them. Edit it and send again. Repeated attempts are flagged to our team.

Will I be notified about new messages?

Yes — in the app, by push notification if you turn it on, and by email if a message waits an hour unread (at most every four hours). You choose what you get in Settings → Notifications.

What does Premium include?

See everyone who liked you, more likes and recommendations each day, more photos, advanced filters, the full compatibility breakdown, read receipts, incognito, the Book Club, free monthly boosts and more Heart Picks. The pricing page always shows each plan's current features.

How can I pay?

By card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack or Flutterwave, or by direct bank transfer to Hisparadise Therapy where available. Prices are in naira.

I paid by bank transfer. When does it start?

After you submit your transfer details, our team checks the money has arrived. Premium or your credits start as soon as it is approved, and you are notified either way.

Does Premium renew automatically?

No. Premium lasts for the period you paid for. You will be reminded before it ends and can choose whether to pay again.

How do daily streaks work?

Do one useful thing each day — answer a compatibility question, reply to a match, like or pass on someone, or post in a group — and you earn free credits. Every 7th day in a row adds a bonus, and every 30th day a free Spotlight boost. Miss a day and your streak starts again, unless you are a Premium member: you get one streak saver a week.

What are credits?

Credits pay for optional extras: Spotlight boosts, roses, gifts in chat and expert profile reviews. Buy a pack, or earn credits with daily streaks and by inviting friends. Credits never expire, can't be cashed out and can't be sent to other members.

What does a Spotlight boost do?

For an hour, a day or a weekend you are one of the first profiles people see in Discover, on the home page and on Explore — with a "Spotlight" tag. It only reaches people who could already see you. Boosts are for verified members.

What is a rose?

A rose sends a like with a short note and puts you at the top of the other person's likes, so they always see who sent it — even on the Free plan. One rose per person.

What are groups?

Communities for faith, careers, fitness, travel, parents, books and more. Groups are mixed — talk to anyone — while dating suggestions stay opposite-gender. Free members join two groups.

How does the Book Club work?

Members read one book a month, one part a week, with spoiler-free discussions, a live book chat and a vote on the next book. It is included with Premium.

What is video speed dating?

Live online evenings of five-minute video dates. Say yes or no after each one — if you both say yes, it is a match.

What are vouches?

Friends who know you write a few honest words through a private link. You choose which appear on your profile under "Friends say".

How do invite rewards work?

Share your invite link from the app. When your friend confirms their email, finishes their profile and has their photo approved, you both get free credits.

We found love on SeekMyHeart — what now?

Congratulations! Tell us under "Found love? Tell us". Once you both confirm, our team sends you each credits and a personal gift.

What does the blue tick mean?

The member passed a selfie check that our team matched to their profile photos. Phone and ID badges show extra checks. A tick cannot guarantee anyone's honesty — always follow our safety tips.

How do I report or block someone?

Open their profile or your conversation and choose Report or Block. Blocking takes effect immediately, and every report is read by a real person.

Will SeekMyHeart ever ask me for money?

Only through the official checkout. Nobody from SeekMyHeart will ask you to send money to a personal account — and never send money to someone you met online.

Who can see me on the public website?

Members can appear on the home page and on Explore with their main photo, first name, age (if shown) and state. Your city, bio and other photos are for signed-in members only. Turn this off any time in Settings → Privacy.

Will my notifications give me away?

No. Email subjects and push notifications never name the other person, and we send no optional emails between 10pm and 7am.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from your account settings. You have a short period to change your mind, after which your profile, photos and messages are removed. Some payment records are kept as the law requires.
