but it is not yet a final legal text.
SeekMyHeart is a community of adults looking for real relationships. These guidelines apply to your profile, photos, messages and behaviour on and off the platform when it involves members you met here.
Be real
- Use your own recent photos and true information about yourself, including your age.
- One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone or create accounts for someone else.
- Be honest about your relationship status and intentions.
Be respectful
- No harassment, threats, bullying or unwanted sexual messages.
- No hate speech or attacks on anyone's ethnicity, religion, gender, disability or background.
- Respect "no". If someone does not reply, unmatches or blocks you, let it go.
Keep it safe
- Adults only. You must be 18 or older. We remove accounts we believe belong to minors and may report concerns to the authorities.
- No asking for money, gifts, loans or financial details, and no promoting investments, businesses or other services.
- No nudity or sexually explicit content in photos or messages.
- No sharing someone else's private information or photos without their consent.
- No illegal activity of any kind.
What happens when guidelines are broken
Our team reviews reports and may, depending on the seriousness and history:
- remove content, such as a photo or profile text;
- send a warning;
- suspend the account for a period;
- permanently ban the account, and prevent the person from rejoining.
Serious threats to someone's safety may be shared with law enforcement where the law allows or requires it.
Reporting and appeals
Use Report on any profile or conversation. The person you report is not told who reported them. If action was taken on your account and you believe it was a mistake, contact us through the contact page and choose "My account".
